Terms & Conditions
Your credit card will be charged for the full purchase price of your RZR, ATV/quad, dirt bike Or Race car tour(s) at the
time of booking. All transactions will be conducted in United States currency.
Cancellations:
- ALL Tours cancelled will incur a 6% processing fee.
- Tours cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled pick up time are non-refundable.
No refunds for no-shows. Requests to reschedule for no-shows must be made within 24 hours of the missed tour’s start
time. Reschedules are at American Adventure Tours’ sole discretion and depending on availability, for an additional
reschedule fee as follows:
- $200 reschedule fee for party of 4 individuals or less
- $400 reschedule fee for party of 5 individuals or more
NO drugs or alcohol before or during the tour. If, at American Adventure Tours’ (or AAT guide’s)
sole discretion, participant(s) appears or acts intoxicated or impaired, or if they are found to be in possession of drugs or
alcohol, they will be denied participation in the tour and NO refund will be made. Reschedules for those denied
participation due to intoxication may be made, at American Adventure Tours' sole discretion and depending on
availability, for an additional reschedule fee as listed above.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are at the correct pick up location at the time stated on the Tour
Voucher. Please call the day before your tour departure to re-confirm pick up time and location.
No refunds due to inclement weather. Tours run rain or shine, at American Adventure Tours' sole discretion.
No smoking, food or drink is allowed in any American Adventure Tours vehicle.
Closed-toe shoes must be worn on all Tours; no sandals are allowed; Tennis shoes or comparable.
ATV and Dirt Bike participants must be age 16 or over.
RZR Drivers must be age 16 or over; RZR passenger(s) must be age 12 or older.
Race car participants must be at least 48” tall, and be able to climb through a window that is approximately 15 inches
high and 30 inches wide that sits approximately 36 inches from the ground.
All participants under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the pick-up location to complete all
paperwork and sign the waiver. If no parent or legal guardian is present, If necessary, we can coordinate the advance submission of all completed documents to the American Adventure Tours’ office via fax or email before your tour begins.
American Adventure Tours reserves the right to offer a substitute tour, and/or vehicle, without notification
or refund, when warranted. In the event American Adventure Tours cancels any tour for any reason, American
Adventure Tours’ liability, if any, shall in no event exceed the total amount the customer paid to American Adventure
Tours.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
