Your credit card will be
charged for the full purchase price of
your tour(s) at the time of booking.
All transactions will be conducted in
United States currency.
No refunds for
cancellations or changes made less than
48 hours prior to tour departure.
No refunds for no-shows.
Reschedules for no-shows may be made,
depending on availability, for an
additional $150.00 reschedule fee.
It is the passenger’s
responsibility to ensure they are at the
correct pick up location at the time
stated on the Tour Voucher. Please
call 24 hours before tour departure to
confirm pick up time and location..
A $25, per transaction,
fee will be charged to your credit card
for any cancellations, or quantity
reductions, made more than 48 hours
prior to tour departure.
Additions to your
reservation may be made at any time
(depending on availability) with no
transaction fees added to the tour cost.
No refunds due to
inclement weather.
No smoking, food or drink
is allowed in any American Adventure
Tours vehicle.
Closed-toe shoes must be
worn on all tours; no sandals are
allowed.
Participants must be age
16 or over to participate in ATV and/or
Dirt Bike tours. Participants
under age 18 must have a parent or legal
guardian present at the pick-up location
to complete all paperwork and sign the
waiver. If no parent or legal
guardian is present, arrangements can be
made to have completed paperwork faxed
to the American Adventure Tours’ office
prior to the start of the tour.
American Adventure Tours
reserves the right to offer a substitute
trip/tour without notification, or
refund, when warranted. In the
event American Adventure Tours cancels
any tour for any reason, American
Adventure Tours’ liability, if any,
shall in no event exceed the total
amount customer paid to American
Adventure Tours.
There are no exceptions
to these policies.
